Made from 85 percent recycled material. Weatherables vinyl fencing and railing material are made from recycled post-industrial thermo-plastic building materials. This means that we utilize recycled windows, siding, and other building products to manufacture our products.

Eco-strong
  • 85% recycled material means both a strong product AND less waste.

  • The recycled material we use to manufacture our vinyl was originally engineered to be able to withstand the varying temperatures and strength required for home construction. These traits are transferred to your fence, ensuring superior strength and durability.

Helping the environment
  • The PVC used in our products is made from a combination of natural gas and 60% chlorine derived from common salt- it contains no BPA!

  • Our vinyl is manufactured from PVC, not plastic. Here's why that is important: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is not made from fossil fuel as most plastics are. Fossil fuel releases harmful carbon dioxide into the environment.

  • Unlike plastic, PVC is made from 60% chlorine salt which means it has less of an impact on the environment.

  • Just like our vinyl fencing and railing that is manufactured from recycled fencing, your vinyl fencing and railing can be recycled. PVC can be cleaned, sorted, reprocessed and formed into new profiles with relative ease.
Protecting our forests
  • Our vinyl is recyclable material, made from recycled material, unlike wood fence, which will decay over time, and require new wood to be used as replacement.

  • Wood fences require upkeep and yearly staining to keep in good condition. Stains and VOC paints leach chemicals into the ground, sending toxic chemicals into our waterways and the oceans.

Clean water
  • Our manufacturing plant uses a closed loop watering system, ensuring all of the water used in the production process goes back into our system to be used again.

  • This keeps any contaminated water out of the city water system and plants.
