Customer Service/Sales Specialist

Weatherables is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Specialist who is passionate about growing sales and delivering a superior customer experience. This individual will be successful in this role by 1) maintaining a low error rate in processing sales orders 2) truly understanding our customers in order to create a superior customer experience 3) increasing personal sales results by 20% YOY.

Duties & Accountabilities

  • Quote and sell vinyl fencing, railing, and outdoor living products.
  • Serve customers on the phone, through email and/or in person on a daily basis.
  • Provide a superior customer experience.
  • Work with layout planning and assist customers accurately, effectively and quickly.
  • Accurately process payment and product sales documentation in NetSuite.
  • Review monthly sales reports and identify areas of improvement.

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Customer service background at an inbound call center or customer service/sales experience with building products at either a retail or wholesale facility.
  • Must be a highly motivated, self-starter and able to self-manage.
  • General office skills (typing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, filing).
  • Work well independently, as well as in a group setting.
  • Adaptive to change and learning new skills.
  • Strong logic and reasoning/ problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and able to multi-task.
  • Outgoing and friendly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Veteran or military preferred.
