The Cheshire vinyl deck railing combines a T-rail top rail, a mid-rail, 1.5" square pickets and a 2"x3.5" bottom rail for a unique and stylish railing. An aluminum insert in the top rail and a toe kick on the bottom rail ensures superior strength. Plus, with the step by step instructions provided, it's easy to assemble. The kit includes all brackets, rails & pickets needed. Like all our vinyl railings, it requires little to no maintenance as it never needs to be painted, stained or sanded. The Cheshire is available in 4', 6', 8' and up to 10' wide to accommodate small and large spaces alike. The Cheshire is not available as a stair railing, but the Washington stair railing works well with the Cheshire straight railing.
The Cheshire deck railing balusters (WXR-T42R3-S8) is International Residential Code (IRC) and International Building Code (IBC) compliant and tested in accordance with ICC-ES AC174 standards as evaluated by PEI, Inc. Code Compliance Report PER-12049.

- Easy To Work With AnonymousI purchased the vinyl railing. I really liked them and easy to work with. The only area that needs to be "tweaked" are the end pieces that cover the joint where the railing meets the post. They don't snap together cleanly in real world environments and are not customer friendly to install. This is coming from a mechanical engineer.
