Hours: 

First Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00AM – 2:30PM (with 1-hour lunch period)

Second Shift: Monday – Friday 3:00PM – 11:30PM (with 1-hour lunch period)

Weekend: Mandatory Saturday's every other week. First Shift: 6:00AM - 12:00PM (with 10 min break); Second Shift: 10:00AM - 4:00PM (with 10 min break)

We are currently hiring for several positions including: 

Saw Operators

• Use a saw to cut pickets, rails and posts to size
• Must have prior experience with hand tools and saws
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting helpful
• Must be a team player
• Must be proficient with a tape measure
• Able to follow directions and work independently
• Ability to convert fractions to decimals (ie ¼ = .25)
• Must work with accuracy and speed
• Fast-paced deadline-driven environment 

Shipping

• Weigh, label and create BOL’s for LTL freight & flatbed loads
• Experience with electronic and manual BOL’s helpful
• Knowledge of PaceJet shipping software helpful
• Must enjoy being part of a team
• Must have a high level of attention to detail
• Work efficiently with speed and little supervision
• Must adhere to safety policies & procedure

Assembly

• Organize the components of an order on a pallet to prepare for shipping
• Must enjoy being part of a team
• Must have a high level of attention to detail
• Must be proficient with a tape measure
• Must have a high level of attention to detail
• Must be a team player

What the Heck is Weatherables?

What started out as a side gig a little over 18 years ago with two guys selling vinyl fence from a rundown garage after putting in a full day at the office at their “real” job has now turned into an industry-leading vinyl fencing and railing company that sells to consumers and businesses all across the country. How does a company with such humble beginnings grow to being an industry leader? It really all started when several years in, one of the guys (the owner with an IT background) was intrigued by the magic of the emerging internet and built a website and started selling vinyl fence online.
