This premium quality railing starts with our exclusive engineer-tested process and the highest grade materials, and results in the Derby being one of the most durable and low-maintenance vinyl railing products you can buy. Aluminum clips and fasteners connect your deck board to the top of the Derby railing kit and are included. This deck board on top of the railing can be installed “post to post” or “flush” over the post, as per instructions.
